We provide access to talking therapies/psychotherapy, mainly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) using health psychology theories and skills from the counselling domain. We also use other talking therapies.
Think of us as health coaches for the mind and body; when you are saying to yourself “I can’t cope”, we will help you cope in a positive way. We provide these non-judgemental services in a confidential environment and will collaborate with you in an empathic manner in order to resolve your pain.
